Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Germany and selected EU countries.
Available shipping destinations and costs are shown at checkout before completing your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For custom or personalized 3D-printed products, processing times may be longer. In such cases, the estimated processing time will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping time

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • EU countries: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs clearance, carrier delays, peak seasons).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

  • destination country

  • package weight and size

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Tracking information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For deliveries outside the EU (if available), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item and packaging

If your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
