Orders containing items from different warehouses may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

Warranty (Manufacturer’s Warranty)

All products offered in our online store are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated for the specific product.

The warranty is provided exclusively by the manufacturer.
RK Store (RK Tech & Print) does not act as the warranty provider, but solely as the seller.

The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects that occur during normal use only.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

improper or non-intended use

normal wear and tear

external influences (e.g. drops, water, heat, power surges)

unauthorized repairs, opening, or modifications of the product

In the event of a warranty claim, processing is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Upon request, we assist our customers in contacting the manufacturer, but we do not assume any warranty obligations ourselves.

Important notice:
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by the manufacturer’s warranty and apply independently.
